For a period of 90 days from the purchase of any product from Mercury Ink, we guarantee that under normal use and storage conditions, your product will perform to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact your Mercury Ink representative. We promise to resolve your problem quickly and easily or credit your account. If your product is over 90 days old, please call us anyway! We are flexible and under most circumstances we can still resolve any issue quickly and satisfactorily.

In addition, we warrant that under normal use and service conditions, your Mercury Ink toner cartridge, printer ribbon or inkjet cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to the printer, copier, or fax machine in which the product is used.

In the unlikely event of such an occurrence, we will replace or refund the cost of the faulty supply item and repair, or reimburse you for charges necessary to repair your equipment. Simply provide us with the cartridge, along with a written statement detailing the cause of damage on the service company’s letterhead, signed and dated by the company’s management and a copy of the work order or invoice. We will quickly process your claim.

For repair claims, simply have an independent service provider write an estimate of repair, stating that our product caused the damage, at which time we will choose to repair or replace the equipment.

Our products are of the highest quality and are manufactured at factories under ISO 9000, 9002, 14001 and STMC Specification Guidelines for Certified Facilities.
